  I would absolutely go back to OFV.Next time, I will take my own sheets(as mine had sand in them) and take beach towels. This place is noce and quiet. Not the place to go if you want to go wild. The beach is across the street.

  my cousin and i go every year for new years from ohio (its cold here) for the past 3 years. this year we are trying to make an additional trip and they can be very accomodating. there was a problem the first year where the upstairs bathroom flooded ours.. .we got an upgrade and 2 days free. the following year they gave us a discounted rate. i recommend its quiet beautiful and plenty of space to get away from eachother if need be.

  I knew going in to it that it wasn't a ""real"" hotel but you may not. These are condos and very similar to renting a beach house, no room service etc. And if you get there to check in before 3 they have the driveways blocked off so you have to go around, the office unclearly marked is in building C in the back. Howeve,fantastic ocean view, and if you know what to expect and don't want to stay in the lap of luxury these are great. Our condo was clean and neatly decorated. We will definitely go back with friends.
